FLUX MOBILITY ROUTINE - DAY 1

 

Day 1 Routine

Backbend with Cactus Arms 

    • Inhale as you reach to the sky

    • Exhale as you arch back, squeezing shoulder blades together. 

Half Kneeling Around the World

    • Kneeling position, place towel or pad under knee if needed

    • Move arm in full circle, while keeping hips down

Kneeling Rock Back

    • From hand and knees, rock your weight back toward your heels

    • Move to feel a stretch in the hips, reaching forward with you arms

    • Can move forward to high plank position when you’re ready

Push-up Plus

    • Can lower to knees if needed, but keep length in spine

    • Maintain stability in the shoulders, spine, hips and legs

    • Push hands into the ground by engaging shoulder blades 

Hamstring 90/90

    • While holding 1 leg, extend the knee by activating your quadricep {front of thigh}

    • Should feel a stretch in the back of the leg, 

    • STOP IF you feel symptoms such as pain, discomfort, or numbness, this means you are pushing too far. Decrease the amount of movement
