• What happens during my visit?
    • First visit
      • During the first visit David will conduct a body evaluation and question session. He will proceed with treatment as he sees fit as long as the client is in compliance with his healing plan. This visit usually ends with an at-home care plan and discussion about the necessity for a follow-up visit.
    • Follow-Up visits
      • The follow-up visits typically begin with a re-evaluation and discussion of progress. From there, you and David can assess whether the current plan is effective, or if the treatment plan needs to be modified.
  • How should I dress?
    • Dress comfortably- preferably in workout or relaxed attire. Often times your physical therapy appointment will end with some corrective/strengthening exercises, so having the freedom to be mobile will make the treatment experience more enjoyable and effective.
  • What do I need to bring?
    • A SMILE!! You will be asked to fill out a patient consent form before the first visit.
  • How long is each treatment?
    • Anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. When you make your appointment with David, you will have a chance to discuss your needs and get a better time estimate prior to your arrival.
  • Why is advance wellness physical therapy a good choice?

  • Is physical therapy painful?
    • The goal of every session is to make the client feel better. Nonetheless, every client has a different definition of pain, so (s)he may experience some temporary discomfort while treatment is in session, and shortly thereafter. Always feel free to keep an open dialogue with David about your expectations and experience. He will then be able to accommodate accordingly.

Injury prevention sessions are the best way to keep your whole body healthy and happy.
